High-Accuracy Antenna Measurements

The IHF is currently participating in an international measurement campaign organized by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) in cooperation with the European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Association on Antennas and Propagation (EuRAAP). For this purpose, a specially developed reflector antenna is measured in various measurement facilities in order to subsequently compare and analyze the achieved measurement accuracies. From the individual, high-precision measurements of the respective facilities, a reference is then formed which can be used as a standard for the validation of antenna measurement chambers, among other things.
