Research into the future technology 6G

In a press release issued today, the BMBF announces its decision to include the RWTH-led research hub "6GEM" in the research program Communication Systems "SOUVERÄN. DIGITAL. VERNETZT.". As a research partner in 6GEM, IHF will address the following topics:

• Compact antenna apertures for THz,
• technologies for large smart surfaces and
• concepts for minimizing the radiation exposure of the population.
