TJMW2023 Young Researcher Best Presentation award for Muhammad Uzair (TGGS)

Muhammad Uzair, exchange student from TGGS, has been awarded at The Joint Workshop Thailand-Japan Microwave and Asian Wireless Power Transfer 2023.

Muhammad Uzair, exchange student in 2021/22 from the partner university Sirindhorn International Thai-German Graduate School of Engineering (TGGS) in Bangkok, has been honored with the TJMW2023 Young Researcher Best Presentation award at The Joint Workshop Thailand-Japan Microwave (TJMW) and Asian Wireless Power Transfer (AWPT) 2023. Muhammad completed his internship and master's thesis at our institute under the supervision of Guillaume François, Prof. Dirk Heberling, and Prof. Suramate Chalermwisutkul. At IHF, he worked on designing and characterizing an all-dielectric metasurface for mm-wave antenna. His work is entitled "Design and Characterization of All-dielectric Metasurface Reflector for mmWave Automotive Radar Antennas".
