PhD exam successfully completed!

Thomas Kopacz received his PhD in the field of Electromagnetic Environmental Compatibility (EMC) and successfully passed his doctoral examination on 04.07.2023. In his dissertation "Measurement of RF-EMF Exposure to 5G Massive MIMO Base Stations", he focused on the development of measurement methods for the correct acquisition and evaluation of electromagnetic fields from 5G massive MIMO base stations. The new measurement methods take into account novel technologies such as beamforming that are used in the context of 5G.
